Policies

  • All sales are final. We do not sell on consignment and we do not guarantee sales.
  • We do accept returns for defective product or incorrect shipments, but we ask you to notify us within 5 days of receipt if you have founds any discrepancies or problems.
  • All returns must be authorized, and marked with our return authorization number. We reserve the right to refuse any product sent back to us without prior notice
  • We must charge a 25% restocking fee to all non-defective returns, unauthorized shipments, and refused shipments.
